For OEM customized orders with logo, custom packaging or new molds, mass production lead time ranges from 7 to 45 working days after we receive your deposit and confirmed design artwork, depending on product types and order quantities.

How many days to make & send samples?
Stock samples can be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
Customized samples with logo or special packaging take 7-15 working days for production.
We use DHL/FedEx/UPS for sample delivery.

What’s your sample policy?
We provide samples for your quality test.
Sample cost depends on the item, and courier fee USD 50 shall be borne by buyers.
The sample fee will be fully refunded once your bulk order quantity meets our requirement.
